  1. WHAT MODES OF PAYMENT DOES AKIMBO ACCEPT?
    • We accept payments via Paypal, Credit/Debit card and Bank Transfer. The option for Cash On Delivery is currently unavailable.
    • For payments via Bank Transfer, Akimbo bank details will be available upon checkout. Kindly send your payment confirmation slip through our Contact Us page once payment has been made.
  1. HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

METRO MANILA SHIPPING OPTIONS:

    • FREE 3-7 Day delivery on orders over P3,000.00
      • AKIMBO will be shouldering your shipping fee for every successful transaction of P3000 and above.  
    • 1-3 Day Express Shipping with Mr. Speedy
      • Shipping will automatically be calculated depending on the size of your order and the delivery location. Get your orders within 1-3 business days.
    • P200 5-10 Day Standard Shipping with LBC 
      • Ship with LBC with a standard delivery shipping schedule of 5-7 business days upon the successful transaction on our site. 
    • Customer arranged booking with Grab/Lalamove/Mr Speed
      • Arrange a booking for pickup in our store at AKIMBO, Uptown Mall,  BGC. Our customer service representative will get in touch with you for the instructions on coordination regarding the pick-up.

  1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
    • Due to the transportation restrictions amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery of the ordered items may be delayed. Please give us 1-4 days to pack and ship your items. 
  1. CAN I STILL CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION?
    • We do not accept order cancellations once the payment has been confirmed. However, if the order has not been paid yet, kindly send us a message at our Contact Us page. With this, we advise all customers to review their orders before confirmation in order to ensure a smooth transaction.
  1. CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ITEM?
    • Within NCR: Seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Please refer to our Return/Exchange Policy Form.
    • Outside NCR: Fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Please refer to our Return/Exchange Policy Form.
FOR EXCHANGE:
Valid reasons for return and exchange include the following:
    • The product that is fundamentally different in nature from the product specified in the website
    • A faulty, defective, or damaged product (e.g. rips/tears, color defect)
    • Product that is not as advertised on the website
    • Wrong item is delivered, or
    • Change of size

       a. All items for return should be placed in its original packaging, with complete accessories, and attached hangtag and/or price tag.

       b. Please note that return/exchange of intimate apparel or items considered as generally hygienic in nature (e.g. underwear, socks, stockings, earrings, etc.) will not be accepted.

FOR RETURNS:

    • AKIMBO will provide you with a credit note equal to the amount of the returned item/s that you may use to make a separate purchase online. Cash refund is not allowed.
    • Fees (shipping fee, taxes, and other incurring fees) incurred upon returning process are to be shouldered by the customer.
    • AKIMBO will not be liable for any cost if, under some circumstance, the item becomes lost, damaged or mishandled during the return process.

All items for Return or Exchange shall be subjected to evaluation. AKIMBO reserves the right to decline Return or Exchange if any of the aforementioned conditions are not met or not agreed upon by the customer.

  1. DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES NATIONWIDE/INTERNATIONALLY?
    • We currently ship within the Philippines only. Any updates on our shipping coverage will be posted on this site and our social media accounts.
  1. CUSTOMER CARE
    • Our customer care team is available weekdays from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. You may also opt to message us with your concerns by filling out the Contact Us form.
  1. DELIVERY
    • Before we proceed with the processing and delivery of your order, we will have to confirm if payment has been successfully made.
    • All orders made before 7:00 PM will be processed on the same day, while all orders made after 7:00 PM will be processed the following day.
  1. IS IT SAFE TO SHOP FROM YOUR SITE?
    • We are operating in line with advice from the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases and the local authorities. We constantly make sure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to in our store and within the warehouse. 
  1. DO I NEED TO SET UP AN AKIMBO ACCOUNT TO SHOP FROM YOUR WEBSITE?
    • You can shop at Akimbo.ph without creating an account. However, creating an account with us will enable you to have the following benefits:
      1. To receive updates on new arrivals, exclusive promotions and sale events at AKIMBO.
      2. To allow AKMBO to save and protect your personal and shopping information, for ease of shopping on your next visit.

    12. IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

    • Please be assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will only be shared, should you opt to have your order delivered through third party accounts not accredited to the AKIMBO.PH home company.
  1. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    • For Courier Delivery, you will receive an email update on the shipment status and tracking number of your order.
    • For Store Pick-Up orders, you will be personally contacted by AKIMBO store personnel on the details regarding pick-up date and time.
    • For 3rd party deliveries, our AKIMBO personnel will send you a confirmation message via SMS on the status of order pick-up.

  1. DOES AKIMBO HAVE SEASONAL SALES?
    • AKIMBO offers seasonal sales twice a year and various promotional sales throughout the year. Register for email updates to be notified when our sale starts, and when we offer further reductions.
