If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within the following days providing they are in original resalable condition:
  • 7 days for customers within Metro Manila
  • 14 days for customers outside Metro Manila
ONCE RETURNED YOU WILL BE ENTITLED TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM.
We will not be able to exchange the item/s that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged.
  • Fill in the RETURN FORM and send it to us. You can expect a reply from our customer service to guide you through the return. 
  • Ensure that the goods to be returned are packaged and meets all the conditions below: 
RETURNS TERMS AND GUIDELINES
  • All returned item/s must be be unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and/or packaging
  • Return shipping costs of the items will be care of customer
  • All items must be well packaged when returning back so as not to be damaged during the transit back to us 
  • For footwear, ensure that the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product and therefore damages may result in return being refused. 
  • Please make sure that the return package/s are sent with a trackable and insured service. 
  • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during the  return transit
