Returns & Exchanges

 
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within the following days providing they are in original resalable condition. 
NOTE: Change of mind such as change of size or color, does not entitle one to a refund. Consumers should be allowed to be refunded only if the item received has hidden faults or defects.
  • Metro Manila - within 7 days from date of shipment
  • Provincial - within 14 days from date of shipment
 
We will not be able to exchange the item/s that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at customerservice@akimbo.ph. You can expect a reply from our customer service to guide you through the return. 
  • Ensure that the goods to be returned are packaged and meets all the conditions below

 

TERMS AND GUIDELINES FOR RETURNS
  • All returned item/s must be be unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and/or packaging.
  • Return shipping costs of the items will be care of customer.
  • All items must be well packaged when returning back so as not to be damaged during the transit back to us.
  • For footwear, ensure that the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product and therefore damages may result in return being refused. 
  • Please make sure that the return package/s are sent with a trackable and insured service. 
  • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during the return transit.
